Legal Lead at Mediamax Network

Job Summary

Media Max Network is looking for a highly skilled and experienced lead to provide expert legal counsel, oversee corporate governance, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks and manage contractual and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in protecting the company’s legal interests while supporting business growth and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Minimum Experience

• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree or Equivalent from a recognized instituition
• Professional Ceryificates: Admission to the Bar and registered member of the law society of Kenya (LSK) in good standing.
• Membership: Must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid LSK practising certificate.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of legal practise, with atleast 3 years in senior management.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the media sector, security perfection and regulatory framework affecting media and corporate law.

• High levels of integrity, professionalism and ethical standards.
