Novustell Travel is a dynamic and customer-focused tours and travel company dedicated to creating unforgettable travel experiences. We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales, build relationships, and promote our travel management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new clients both B2B and B2C through various channels (cold calling, networking, digital marketing, etc.)
- Identify and work on tenders and proposals for Corporate clients.
- Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to potential clients.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive bookings.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and present sales reports and marketing insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to drive promotional content and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Passion for travel and creating exceptional customer experiences.
