Sales & Marketing Representative at Novustell Travel

Novustell Travel is a dynamic and customer-focused tours and travel company dedicated to creating unforgettable travel experiences. We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales, build relationships, and promote our travel management services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new clients both B2B and B2C through various channels (cold calling, networking, digital marketing, etc.)
• Identify and work on tenders and proposals for Corporate clients.
• Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to potential clients.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive bookings.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and present sales reports and marketing insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to drive promotional content and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Passion for travel and creating exceptional customer experiences.
