Procurement Officer – Roses at AAA Growers

As a Procurement officer you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end procurement and coordination of packaging materials for our roses division.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly packaging stock and requisitions from all farms.
• Vet and summarize packaging needs and ensure timely order placements.
• Monitor movement of packaging items across farms and ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Manage obsolete and slow-moving stock to minimize waste.
• Raise and follow up on LPOs, GRNs, and delivery notes to ensure proper documentation and system updates.
• Liaise with stores and data teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency in packaging dispatch and records.
• Support stock counts, file management, and performance tracking of data and stores clerks.

Your profile

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the horticulture/floriculture industry.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory and procurement systems.
• Must be skilled in using MS office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet and email
