“Services” means job alerts/information or any other services provided by Mirai Africa.

“Client” means the person, firm or company using our service.

“Candidate” means a job seeker or any person introduced by Mirai Africa to the employer for an engagement.

“Employer” means any person, firm, organization or company  to whom a candidate is introduced.

“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified directly or indirectly by name, location or an identification number

“Data Protection Laws “means the Data Protection Act Kenya No. 24 of 2019

Application

These terms and conditions apply to the provision of service by Mirai Africa to the client.

Copyright in the material and trademarks on this Site are owned by Mirai Africa unless otherwise indicated and you agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by Mirai Africa

No guarantees of availability

Whilst Mirai Africa makes all efforts to ensure that all jobs advertised are genuine, it gives no guarantee of a specific number of alerts or information per month. Information/Alerts are published/sent to candidates based on availability of Jobs.

No guarantee of sites we link to

Our service may include links redirecting to external websites, we do not in any way endorse or bear any responsibility to any of the links or information from these links.

Information Authenticity

While we try to publish authentic and genuine jobs, Our site contains information from third parties (Advertisers/Employers/Job Seekers) which may be a breach of this, we do not guarantee you the authenticity of the information published on our site.

This is an informational service and we do not guarantee you 100% authenticity of vacancies or user information

Security of your information

Whilst Mirai Africa takes all relevant measures to ensure security and privacy of information you share on our website, possibility of this information being unlawfully obtained by third party services still exists. Should this occur, Mirai Africa disclaims any liability pursuant to the law

No guarantee to securing the jobs

The recruiting company will always have the final say. We do not in any way guarantee you will get the jobs we send to you.

Other provisions

  • We do not in any way certify that users of this service are authentic and not responsible for any fraud that may arise from information obtained from this service.
  • We are not responsible for any message undelivered due to unavailability of network service by your provider or any other reason.
  • We do not bear responsibility for any of the jobs/information published on our site or through any third party via any means.
  • You have the right to redistribute the service (alerts) we send to you.
  • We reserve the right to terminate this service at any time with or without notification to the Client
  • We do not delete job postings placed on the website after expiry. We only disable the application process.

Liability

We shall not be liable for any claim arising from performance, non-performance, delay in delivery of or defect in the service nor for any special, indirect, economic or consequential loss or damage whatsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue) whether from negligence or otherwise in connection with the supply, functioning or use of the Service.

Any liability of the Company shall in any event be limited to the fees paid by the Client directly to us in the year/month in which the event of default arises.

Nothing herein shall limit either party’s liability for death or personal injury arising from the proven negligence by itself or its employees or agents.

The Client shall fully indemnify us against any liability to third parties arising out of the Client’s use of the service.

We are not responsible or liable to the Client for any loss or damage suffered by the client as a result of usage direct or indirect of the services provided by us.
